Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration. By enrolling in any Utah CPR Classes course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Your Enrollment Is Permanent and Non-Transferable

All course registrations are final and non-refundable.

Upon registration, each student is assigned an official course seat through the American Heart Association (AHA). This assignment is specific to the registered individual and is non-transferable. Therefore, course fees cannot be refunded, and registration cannot be reused or transferred to another individual for any reason.

This policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Standard Rescheduling Fee

A fee of $25 applies for each instance of rescheduling a course.

Reschedule Insurance

Registrants may purchase Reschedule Insurance for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $15 at the time of initial registration.

This insurance allows up to two (2) reschedules without incurring the standard $25 rescheduling fee, subject to the following conditions:

  • All rescheduling requests under this insurance must be made before the scheduled start of the course.
  • Any rescheduling beyond the two permitted instances will incur the standard $25 fee.

3. Non-Refundable Services and Fees

The following items are final sale and strictly non-refundable:

Digital and Blended Learning Courses

Includes Self-Guided, Online/Blended Learning courses, HeartCode Complete, HeartCode Skills, and RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) registrations.

Access is assigned immediately upon registration and is non-transferable.

Rescheduled Courses

Once a course registration has been rescheduled, it becomes entirely ineligible for a refund.

Reschedule Insurance and Fees

The $15 Reschedule Insurance fee and any paid $25 rescheduling fees are non-refundable.

Attendance and No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” is defined as a registrant who fails to attend their scheduled course or skills session without prior notification.

Registrants marked as a No-Show will forfeit all course fees. No refunds or rescheduling options will be granted.

Online course access is assigned to a specific registrant and email address upon registration and cannot be reused, reassigned, or refunded.

This policy is non-negotiable.

Why Are Refunds Not Available?
Upon registration, an official course seat is assigned to you through the American Heart Association (AHA). Because this assignment is specific to the registered individual and cannot be transferred, all sales are final.
Reschedule Insurance is an optional add-on available at the time of registration for a one-time fee of $15. It allows you to reschedule your course up to two times without paying the standard $25 rescheduling fee.
If you fail to attend your scheduled course without prior notification, you will be considered a No-Show and will forfeit all course fees.
A No-Show is a registrant who does not attend their scheduled course or skills session and does not notify Utah CPR Classes before the course start time.
While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, all registrations remain subject to this Refund and Rescheduling Policy. If your course has not yet started, you may request a reschedule in accordance with the policy.
Please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not available, we may be able to assist with rescheduling options, subject to applicable fees and policy terms.
Contact Utah CPR Classes before your scheduled course start time to request a reschedule. Requests received after the course begins may be treated as a No-Show.
