All course registrations are final and non-refundable.
Upon registration, each student is assigned an official course seat through the American Heart Association (AHA). This assignment is specific to the registered individual and is non-transferable. Therefore, course fees cannot be refunded, and registration cannot be reused or transferred to another individual for any reason.
This policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
A fee of $25 applies for each instance of rescheduling a course.
Registrants may purchase Reschedule Insurance for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $15 at the time of initial registration.
This insurance allows up to two (2) reschedules without incurring the standard $25 rescheduling fee, subject to the following conditions:

Access is assigned immediately upon registration and is non-transferable.
Once a course registration has been rescheduled, it becomes entirely ineligible for a refund.
The $15 Reschedule Insurance fee and any paid $25 rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
A “No-Show” is defined as a registrant who fails to attend their scheduled course or skills session without prior notification.
Registrants marked as a No-Show will forfeit all course fees. No refunds or rescheduling options will be granted.
Online course access is assigned to a specific registrant and email address upon registration and cannot be reused, reassigned, or refunded.
This policy is non-negotiable.
