Super easy to do. No one is there but its easy to follow the steps. Just make sure you do ALL of the online portions before going in that will help.

This program is the best! It is so intuitive and painless. You won’t spend hours in a classroom. If you’ve been renewing every 2 years and know your stuff, you can accelerate through it. If you are new to CPR, it will teach you everything you need to know in a timely manner. The instructions are clear, detailed, and very helpful.

The blended format was perfect—I completed the online portion at home on my own schedule, then finished the hands-on skills check in the office. The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. The office was spotless, well-organized, and the computer setup guided me through each step without any confusion. They even provided a video showing exactly how to access the building, which made everything stress-free. As a busy working nurse, I truly appreciated how convenient and efficient the process was. The module was educational and easy to get through. I loved how easy it was to pass of the skills using the mannequins. They are more user friendly then the ones at my work.

Really great and easy training! Everything went so smoothly and it was great to have a chance to practice before passing off the skills test.

Good experience overall, but absolutely not worth the price considering I had no interaction with a person at any point during the certification process

I was able to sign up quickly the online course and in person skills pass off was comprehensive while not being overly complicated or time consuming. It was a nice environment and being able to set my own pace or take a break if needed was amazing.
